A luxury apartment community will begin construction in May 2012. It will be surrounded by dining and retail within Cameron Village. The first occupants will move in spring 2013. The complex will hold 282 units, 16,000 sq. feet, and a 450-space parking deck built by Crescent Resources.

The developers are working with a $45 million budget and if rezoning is approved market conditions would dictate when the developers moved ahead.
