This $40 million project is led by FMW Real Estate of Charlotte, NC. The first phase, spanning August 2011 - March 2012, will include 249 apartments, 9400 sq. feet of retail/commercial businesses, and 32 town houses in approximately four acres of development. The residential area will include pools, outdoor courtyards, and a fitness center. Parking is planned to be covered under the building or in decks. The buildings will range between 4-6 stories.
