The Holiday Inn Brownstone is being converted to a Double Tree by Hilton. They are adding two extra rooms and taking away one conference room resulting in 189 rooms and 10 conference rooms.
The developers are budgeting $5 million and plan to be done converting by December 1, 2011. The meeting spaces will be done by 2012.
