Student housing beside the Dan Allen parking deck began construction in the spring of 2011. The project will have 928 beds of apartment-style student housing, roughly 9,000 sq. feet of commercial office/retail space, on site structured parking, fitness center, and business center. The project is to be completed by August 2012 by Capstone Development Corporation. The cost has not been disclosed.
