Talley Student Center

This project provides approximately 117,000 gross sq. feet of additions and 169,000 gsf of renovations to Talley Student Center for a total of 286,000 gsf. This will provide improved and expanded student organization, dining, meeting, and retail spaces including the NCSU Bookstore. Construction started March 21, 2001 and is looking to wrap up November 24, 2014. The $120 million project is being led by Duda Paine.
