Music Schedule

Live & Local: Roots Fest is pleased to present a diverse range of local and international talent on our stages, ranging from rock, to Caribbean dance, to bluegrass, and country.

Headlining the main stage (corner of Enterprise Street and Hillsborough Street) is Ike Stubblefield, a Hammond B3 master with 50 years of experience in the music industry writing, recording, and touring with the likes of Eric Clapton, Quincy Jones, Al Green, the Four Tops, and Stevie Wonder.

Ike will be presenting a debut performance of a group of his friends with equally impressive musical pedigrees, including Gibb Droll (Bruce Hornsby and the Noisemakers) on guitar, Terence Higgins (Ani DiFranco, Dirty Dozen Brass Band) on drums, and Freddy V (Average White Band) on sax.
