Hey! My name is Coleen Kinen-Ferguson and I'm a rising senior at NC State University, where I'm pursuing a major in Communication - Public Relations, as well as a minor in journalism.

I've lived in the Research Triangle for the past six years, and spend most of my time at Cup A Joe and WKNC's radio station on campus. My hometown is Elizabeth City, North Carolina which is only an hour away from the Outer Banks! After graduation I'd like to work as a marketing and social media consultant, or a freelance writer. Writing is my biggest passion, and I'm so excited for all the connections I'm going to make as I work for Live It Up! this summer.
