Adam Zimmermann

Director of Ambassador Operations

Adam is the Director of Ambassador Operations at Live It Up! Hillsborough Street. He was born in Santa Monica, CA and lived in California all his life until he moved with his family to North Carolina in 2007. He attended Bakersfield Community College where he majored in Computer Science.

Adam is employed by Block by Block who contracts with Live It Up! Hillsborough Street to run the Ambassador program. This program cleans trash and graffiti off of Hillsborough Street, collects leaves in the Fall, provides help and information for visitors, and performs some maintenance as needed on the street. Since joining the team, Adam has played a huge part in making sure Hillsborough Street is spotless and is a safe place for visitors, students, and businesses.

Adam is married with three kids. He and his wife have two daughters and a baby son. In his free time he enjoys traveling, video games, and cooking.
