Non-profit Admin & Business Management Intern

The internship offers an opportunity to develop professional skills, gain insight into business and nonprofit operations, to work closely with the organization’s leadership and other staff and contribute to a wide range of projects.
Responsibilities include::
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, calendar coordination, and document organization
- Support with business outreach and updating contact records
- Help maintain and organize internal records in systems like Google Drive
- Take part in event logistics, prep, and follow-up as needed
- Help prepare materials and presentations for board meetings, staff reports, and merchant outreach
- Support ongoing program tracking and reporting for internal use and external stakeholders
- Collaborate on research tasks related to small business support, local ordinances, or nonprofit best practices
