The Preiss Company Bronze Wolf Statue which can be seen at the entrance of their Corporate Office was commissioned through the Hillsborough Street Public Arts Grant.
As a leader in off-campus student and multi-family housing, the Preiss Company manages over 10 of the off-campus housing for NC State students. The Bronze Wolf Statue shows pride to their neighbor, NC State University.
