Live it Up! Hillsborough is having the $4 Food Walk for two special Wednesdays this March!

March 22

Restaurants and bars will offer $4 small plate offerings for customers to introduce locals to the diverse and delicious food and beverages available from our Hillsborough Street District merchants during their normal business hours.

Visitors can stroll several blocks from Meredith College to the NC State blocks and down to the end of the district with the Green Monkey block.  While checking out either the western, middle, or eastern part of the district, you will encounter many offerings from establishments, wonderful performance artists, and you can play our Scavenger Hunt game to win thousands of Hillsborough Street Dollars to spend with the participating district businesses!

Participating Merchants ($4 special is available during business operating hours):

  • Aloft Raleigh WXYZ Lounge
  • Blend
  • Bruegger's Bagels
  • Cha House
  • Coco Bongo
  • Cup-A-Joe
  • Hemp Generation

  • Moge Tee

Transportation Options:

The Hillsborough Street District is long and linear! If you're ready to get your steps in, we encourage walking between Beryl Road and Morgan Street to visit as many merchants as possible & see all the great performers.

If you're not quite ready for the 3-mile walk, street parking is available throughout the footprint. Some merchants may also have private lots available while you are at their location only.

The GoRaleigh Bus System is a great option if you want to forgo the worries about parking! Check out the map of stops and schedule of pickups here.

And if you want to feel the wind in your hair, we've got Cardinal Bikeshare and Electric Scooter (Spin | Lime | Gotcha) readily available! Just make sure to abide by all rules for riding.
